13th & 16th Oct Aikido Classes

This week Aikido classes are as usual.

Thursday: 8.30pm-10.00pm

Sunday: 4.00pm-5.30pm

On-top of that, few of us will attend Yamada shihan seminar and few will have training+demo on Sunday morning.
